MySidekick

Pricing and starting

You are not buying another AI subscription.

MySidekick Premium is the combination of understanding your business, setting up the right environment around it, and staying responsible for keeping that setup useful.

What you are actually paying for

A useful business setup, not a seat count.

Two businesses can need very different levels of effort even when they use the same AI model. Price has to reflect the real work involved in making the environment dependable.

01 · Blueprint

Understand before building.

Map the repeated work, desired outcome, systems, business context, constraints and human decision points before implementation is scoped.

02 · System

Implement the useful setup.

Configure the right mix of AI, automation, integrations, business context, workflow logic and approval boundaries. Reuse proven MySidekick components wherever sensible.

03 · Care

Keep it working.

Maintain, repair and refine the agreed environment as the business and underlying platforms change. Care is a bounded managed service, not unlimited consulting.

What shapes the price

The cost follows the real operating burden.

MySidekick is deliberately avoiding a simple “number of agents” price because that would hide the factors that actually determine whether the service can be reliable and sustainable.

Implementation effortBlueprint, configuration, integration work, validation, approval design and controlled release.
Systems and workflow complexityHow much customer-specific setup is required versus how much can come from reusable MySidekick components.
Execution and provider costn8n, models/APIs, hosting, third-party services, payment costs and other usage-driven inputs.
Care and support burdenIssue handling, integration repair, configuration changes, maintenance and ongoing improvement.
Commercial sustainabilityThe service must support a healthy margin while maintaining the quality, accountability and support customers are actually buying.

What we are not doing

No “unlimited AI”. No fake simplicity.

A low headline price that ignores execution, integration and support costs creates the wrong incentives. The MySidekick model is intended to stay useful after the initial setup, not collapse under unpriced service effort.

Scoped

Prices are supplied in writing.

There is no public self-service checkout. The quote identifies setup, ongoing Care, included scope and any allowance or change boundary before commitment.

Transparent

The starting conversation is about the work.

The Blueprint exists so that scope, value, implementation burden and ongoing Care can be understood before a customer is asked to commit.

First understand the work. Then price the right setup.

You do not need to choose a package from a wall of features. Start with the repeated work that is costing you time and attention.
