Website terms
Clear information. Written commitments.
These terms apply to use of the MySidekick website. Customer services are supplied only under a separate written quote, order or service agreement.
1. About this website
This website provides general information about MySidekick and examples of the kinds of work it may help with. It is not an offer, binding quote, professional advice or a promise that a particular integration, result or timeframe is available.
2. Enquiries and customer services
An email or conversation does not create a customer relationship, authorise access to a system or start a live service. If we agree to proceed, the scope, responsibilities, dependencies, fees, payment terms, usage or allowance boundaries, support and change arrangements will be confirmed in writing. If website information conflicts with an accepted customer agreement, the accepted agreement governs that customer service.
3. Prices, invoices and GST
Day-1 sales are assisted and priced through a customer-specific written quote or order. There is no public self-service checkout. Current controlled evidence records My SideKick Business Pty Ltd as not registered for GST, so GST will not be added unless that status changes and the applicable quote or invoice states otherwise.
4. Examples and outcomes
Scenarios on this website may be illustrative and are not customer testimonials unless clearly identified as such. AI, automation and third-party systems can produce errors, delays or changed behaviour. Availability and outcomes depend on the agreed use case, data, systems, customer participation, provider operation, validation and human decisions. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, risk elimination or a guaranteed commercial outcome.
5. Human authority and system access
Material actions such as external communications, commercial commitments, new or expanded system access, customer release and destructive or important source-of-truth changes remain subject to the authority defined for the service. Customers must not send credentials through general email or public website channels.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, this website and its original content, design and materials are owned by or licensed to My SideKick Business Pty Ltd. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal evaluation. You must not reproduce, sell, misrepresent or commercially exploit the website or remove notices without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. A MySidekick word trade mark application has been filed; it is not represented as registered or granted.
7. Third-party services and links
References or links to third-party products do not mean every product is included, supported or endorsed. Third-party availability, terms, security and performance are controlled by their providers. Any customer integration is scoped and authorised separately.
8. Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, you use this informational website at your own risk and should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on material decisions.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this website and these terms. The current version and effective date will appear here. For website or commercial questions, email hello@mysidekicks.au. Privacy matters are handled under the Privacy policy.
